A Month With Chris...
After a month, Chris and Toto went to the vet. Chris is a bit of a drama-queen when travelling in her carrier. When I brought the carriers up from the basement, Chris decided to play in one of the carriers while I was busy with the other carrier. And, of course, when I get close, Chris jumps out of the carrier. So, it was a game of catch the kitties on two fronts as Toto also decided to play hard to get. But, in the end, the two kitties were packed up and ready for their trip to the vet. Chris is 8.5 pounds and passed her exam with flying colors. She was a bit of a handful in the exam room and tried to escape twice. Toto, on the other hand, was reserved and well behaved with the vet. He's been through this process a number times and knows what to expect. Toto has a slight eye infection for which he'll be getting eye drops for the next ten days.
