What Is That On Your Head...
It is with sad news that I report the disappearance of my previous hat. I was on the bus and my hat was stuffed into my pocket and when I left the bus, my hat jumped out of my pocket and decided to stay on the bus. A couple of weeks ago, after a trip to my local department store turned up no replacement hats, I decided to take drastic action. The rain was coming down in sheets, so, I stopped by my local video store to pick up a novelty hat to keep my head warm. While I was in the store the staff at the store were so concerned that I might not buy one of the hats, that one clerk nervously decided to rearrange the hooks on which the store's selection of hats hung. But, despite the blatant attempt to deny me my hat, I did buy a hat. Two weeks ago, I came home that day, with the oddest thing I had even put on my head.
